You need no credit card and you do not need to send us any bank details. Instead,
on registration, you can print out a standing order form which you send in to
your own bank. The "Spam A Lot Less!" protection becomes available to you
immediately on clicking the "Post Details" button below, from which point you can
instruct the system to start whenever you are ready.
The service ceases automatically
if funds have not reached our bank account within a reasonable time
